Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?

For all of your orders and billing questions, log in to the Customer Portal.

After logging in, click "Order Status" to see all of your past and current orders (as shown below).



Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours, unless you have an item with availability higher that “Ships Same Day.”  

Remember, if you have chosen our award winning package it cannot be shipped until you have completed your Monitoring Information Profile so that our home security technicians can pre-configured the system to your exact specifications.  To fill out your Monitoring Information Profile, click here and log in to the Customer Portal.

  • I was told that my order will ship on Monday 9/10 so that I received by 9/15 to activate. Why, There is no tracking number as of 10pm Monday 9/10/12 ?

    Thanks for your post. I am showing this to be leaving out of here tomorrow and due to arrive no later than the 14th (we actually shooting for the 13th!).
