The contract is an e-document which you will find in your Customer Center Account. To log in to your account and complete your contract, find answers to billing questions, order status and more.
After you've signed in, click Step 2 "Sign Monitoring Agreement" and you'll be prompted to sign and initial all of the necessary fields. Where you are asked to type in your Monitored Address, we ask that you please include street, city, state and zip code.
Once you have received a confirmation that you have signed the monitoring agreement, then you know that your signature went through successfully.
