To prevent forgetting your Master Passcode, we recommend that you memorize it. This will help prevent dispatch on a false alarm. (Please refer to the Article titled: "Why is it important to memorize the False Alarm Passcode and the Fake Password?")
If you do forget the Master Passcode for your monitoring account, please call the Monitoring Department at (800) 628-6093. A Monitoring Specialist will verify some information with you over the phone. (Please note: For security reasons, we cannot give out Passcodes to our customers.) Once a representative has verified your information, you will be asked to re-set your Passcode(s). Please remember to keep your new Passcode(s) in a safe place and memorize them.
Please also keep in mind that once changes are made to your monitoring account, although they are effective immediately with the Central Station, they may take up to 24 hours to be reflected on www.brinkshome.com.
