    I want to be able to add z-wave devices on my own, but I don't seem to have access to the "Installation" category of apps under Settings. How do I get access to that ?

    Same problem here. My user code won't give me access to those settings and it won't take the installer code referee to here. Very frustrating. So much for simple

    Same here, seems to have been taken out by LiveWatch during programming stage with a custom software set up.

    Tryed to call support over and over again but no answer our call back. i havent activated my system. thinking about sending it back. Someone has a solution for this problem?

    You need the installer code to access the installation menu. That will either be 1111 or 2222.

    2222 worked for me.

    Am no longer able to install Z-wave devices as I have done in the past. 1111 and 2222 both give "Invalid Code" errors. Very disappointed that I can no longer access the Install menu on my IQ panel. I have called twice and spoken to individuals who promised a tech support person would call be back, but that has not happened. Hope there is a solution to this, but if not, I will be searching for a new provider and system.

    I"m sorry you're having difficulties. It sounds like your installer code has been changed from the default. I would recommend texting our digital team at 469.513.8685 for assistance.
