The purpose for performing a "Cellular Test" is to see if your panel is successfully communicating with our monitoring stations. Follow the instructions below...
1. Select "Settings"
2. Enter Installer Code (Press "1111")
*Note: If the default code does not give you access, Click Here for further assistance.
3. Select "System Tests"
4. Select "Cellular Test"
5. Press the "Start" button to begin testing
*Once it's started, a signal will be sent from your panel to our monitoring station. If you see a message saying "Cellular wireless path tested successfully", then you'll know your panel is communicating properly.
How To Improve Your Signals Strength...
We recommend enabling your WIFI to your panel. This will act as a backup connection in-case your cellular communicator fails. Click "HERE" to enable WIFI.
