Use this form to generate a request for tech support to create a return authorization.
Unless you are a tech you cannot request an exchange for a defective item, you will need to create a ticket to have a tech troubleshoot any parts that suspected to be defective.
If the customer would like to exchange one part for a different part then request a return for refund and create a new order for the new part.
This form cannot be used to request an RA for any special order parts or parts outside of the return period, you will need to talk to your supervisor about that.
If the item is returned in its original condition as they received it they will receive a full refund, otherwise make sure the customer is aware that there may be a 20% restocking fee.
