The camera is online and then drops offline (persistent)

When the camera continuously drops offline, and or power cycles on its own, try these steps. 


  • Make sure the Wireless Network Key or password is correct. 

  • Make sure the DHCP is not set really low. This will cause frequent changes to the IP addresses, which can knock the camera offline while it finds a new address. Try setting it to several hours instead.

  • If the internet speed is too slow to handle all the cameras it can knock a camera offline.
