When the camera continuously drops offline, and or power cycles on its own, try these steps.
Make sure the Wireless Network Key or password is correct.
Make sure the DHCP is not set really low. This will cause frequent changes to the IP addresses, which can knock the camera offline while it finds a new address. Try setting it to several hours instead.
If the internet speed is too slow to handle all the cameras it can knock a camera offline.
