All Arlo systems include free Basic Service that offers basic features and functionality. You also have the option of choosing between the Basic, Premier, and Elite service plans when activating your Arlo system.

Upgrading gives you the ability to expand your Arlo System, add additional cameras, base stations, cloud storage, and add share recordings with friends and family.

Awesome, when can I upgrade?

You can upgrade your service level at any time. Note: When you upgrade from a Premier to Elite, the system automatically calculates any unused portion of the current term and deducts that pro-rated amount from the total cost of the upgrade
