Follow the below steps to update your code word:
1. Login to your account in the Customer Portal. For help logging in, please see Log in to Your Brinks Home™ Customer Portal instructions here. On a desktop browser, you should see a screen similar to the one below.
2. Hover your mouse over "My System" and click "Update Code Word"
3. Enter your current code word, followed by your new code word entered twice, then select "Update" to complete the process
After completing these steps, your code word has now been updated.
