Follow the below steps to update your emergency contacts:

  1. Login to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal
  2. Hover your mouse over "My Profile", then click "Emergency Contacts"
  3. You will see your emergency contacts displayed by primary and secondary contacts
  4. To edit a contact, click on the pencil icon to the left of the name
  5. To delete a contact, click on the trash can icon to the left of the name

 

Note - additions/updates to contacts are not real-time and could take up to 48 hours to take effect.
