Skybell - Not Recording

Symptoms: Your SkyBell is not recording, but you can watch live and you are still receiving notifications. 

A manual soft reset can be performed by doing the following:

  1. Begin holding down your SkyBell doorbell button
  2. The SkyBelll will flash in the following pattern.​ (Flashing Green, Flashing Red-Green, Flashing Blue)
  3. Once the SkyBell begins flashing BLUE release the button and allow the SkyBell to reboot. (This will take approximately a minute)

The SkyBell will begin recording within 10 minutes after rebooting.

    Depending on the model of Skybell you use, there are three different firmware version distinctions. This process does not initiate a firmware update.
