  • hi, my alarm panel was beeping and I'd like to make sure you're not sending the police randomly as you have once in the past. I tried texting your support number, but I got an answer that support is only open 8am - 10pm. Are there no security incidents outside of those hours? Have you informed all fire hazards and criminals that they are not allowed to operate outside of your support hours?
