How to use Apple Business Chat with Brinks Home Security

Apple Business Chat is a new way to communicate with Brinks Home Security™ using Messages. Start a chat to get answers to your questions, schedule appointments, resolve issues, make purchases, and more.

To start a Business Chat, you need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the latest version of iOS.

Start an Apple Business Chat

You need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to start a Business Chat conversation. You can also respond to your conversations with your Apple Watch or Mac.

You can start a conversation through Maps, Safari, Siri, and Search. Search for ‘Brinks Home Security’ by swiping right on your phone, like below.

Then tap   and start the conversation.

Note: Brinks Home Security can't start a conversation with you, they can only respond to you with relevant information. Your personal information is never shared with Brinks Home Security unless you provide it.

  • Hi Kasper,

    While Google is working on expanding Google (RBM) for android, thus far it is mainly focused on rich business messaging cards and widgets. In short, we are already integrated, but further features will come from Google itself, as they are released. I'll be sure to keep you updated.
