Factory Default
Warning! Erases everything, camera must be re-added to Alarm.com and WiFi configured
Hold B button on back of camera for 10 to 15 seconds until front LED turns yellow
WiFi Setup by WPS Enrollment
1. Hold A button 3 for seconds until LED flashes yellow
2. Press and release WPS button on router or enable WPS in router programming
3. Front LED turns green if successful
Hardwire Connection to Router
Plug Ethernet cable into back of camera and unused port in back of network router
Add Camera using Customer Website
Note: Camera must be connected to customer's router by WiFi or Ethernet Connection
1. Login to Alarm.com customer website and press VIDEO
2. Press SETTINGS
3. Scroll to bottom of page and press ADD VIDEO DEVICE
4. Camera should be detected, enter name then press INSTALL
5. Alarm.com downloads programming to camera, this may take up to 5 minutes
6. When complete press LIVE VIEW to view camera
7. To configure WiFi press SETTINGS
8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page then press WIRELESS NETWORK
9. Press SCAN to scan for networks
10. Select WiFi network
11. Enter WiFi encryption then press NEXT
12. Remove power from camera, unplug Ethernet cable then plug in and wait 2 minutes
Add Camera using Smartphone App
Note: Camera must be connected to customer's router by WiFi or Ethernet Connection
1. Press top left Bars to access side menu then press VIDEO then press top right GEAR icon
2. Press ADD VIDEO DEVICE then press INSTALL then enter new camera name then NEXT
3. Camera may take several minutes to configure, press X at top left to exit
Troubleshooting
- Power cycle the camera by unplugging and plugging in power adapter
- Move closer to WiFi router
- If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory defaults
LED Reference Guide
- Green ON = Normal operation
- Red Blink = WiFi or Ethernet connection problem
- Yellow ON = Camera is booting
- Yellow Blink = WPS WiFi enrollment mode enabled
