Factory Default

Warning! Erases everything, camera must be re-added to Alarm.com and Wi-Fi configured

 

Hold B button on back of camera for 10 to 15 seconds until front LED turns yellow

Wi-Fi Setup by WPS Enrollment

1. Hold the A button 3 for seconds until LED flashes yellow

2. Press and release WPS button on router or enable WPS in router programming

3. Front LED turns green if successful

Hardwire Connection to Router

Plug Ethernet cable into back of camera and unused port in back of network router

Add Camera using Brinks Home App Website

Note: Camera must be connected to router by Wi-Fi or Ethernet Connection

 

1. Login to the Brinks Home App website (powered by Alarm.com) and select VIDEO

2. Select SETTINGS

3. Scroll to bottom of page and select ADD VIDEO DEVICE

4. Camera should be detected, enter camera name, then select INSTALL

5. The camera is added to the network, which can take several minutes

6. When finished select LIVE VIEW to view images from newly installed camera

7. To configure Wi-Fi, click on SETTINGS

8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page then press WIRELESS NETWORK

9. Press SCAN to scan for networks

10. Select Wi-Fi network

11. Enter Wi-Fi encryption, then select NEXT

12. Remove power from camera, unplug Ethernet cable, then plug in and wait 2 minutes

Add Camera using Brinks Home Mobile App

Note: Camera must already be connected to router by Ethernet cable or by Wi-Fi

 

1. From the menu icon in the top left, press VIDEO, then the GEAR icon

2. Press ADD VIDEO DEVICE, then INSTALL, enter the camera name, then press NEXT

3. Camera may take several minutes to configure. Press X when finished.

Troubleshooting

  • Power cycle the camera by unplugging and plugging in power adapter
  • Move closer to Wi-Fi router
  • If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory defaults

 

LED Reference Guide

  • Green ON = Normal operation
  • Red Blink = Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection problem
  • Yellow ON = Camera is booting
  • Yellow Blink = WPS Wi-Fi enrollment mode enabled
