Factory Default
Warning! Erases everything, the camera must be re-added to Alarm.com and Wi-Fi configured
Hold back the button for 15 seconds until LED flashes red and green
Wi-Fi Setup by WPS Enrollment
1. Hold back button for 5 seconds, LED flashes blue
2. Press and release the WPS button on the router or enable WPS mode in router programming
3. After 2 minutes camera LED turns green if successful or red if failure
Wi-Fi Setup by Access Point
1. Hold back button for 6 seconds until LED flashes white
2. Go to smartphone Wi-Fi settings, select ALARM (xx:xx: xx), then press CONNECT
3. Open web browser and enter 192.168.1.1, camera menu appears, select language
4. Press SCAN FOR WI-FI NETWORKS, when found select Wi-Fi network
5. Press SECURITY KEY, enter Wi-Fi encryption key, press SAVE, then OK to exit
6. Camera LED turns green if successful or red if failure
Add Camera using the Brinks Home App Website
Note: The camera must be connected by Wi-Fi to the customer's router
1. Login to the Brinks Home App website (powered by Alarm.com) and press VIDEO
2. Select SETTINGS
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ADD VIDEO DEVICE
4. Camera should be detected, enter camera name, then select INSTALL
5. The camera is added to the network, which can take several minutes
6. When finished select LIVE VIEW to view images from newly installed camera
Add Camera using the Brinks Home Mobile App
Note: Camera must be connected to customer's router by Wi-Fi
1. Press the top left Bars to access the menu, press VIDEO, then press the upper right GEAR icon
2. Press ADD VIDEO DEVICE, press INSTALL, enter camera name, then press NEXT
3. Camera may take several minutes to configure, then press X at top left to exit
Troubleshooting
- Power cycle the camera by unplugging and plugging in the power adapter
- Move camera closer to the Wi-Fi router
- If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory defaults and reinstalling

- Off - no power
- Green on - internet and Alarm.com connection ok
- Red on - no local or internet connection
- Red blink - factory reset or firmware upgrade
- Red on - no access to the internet or Alarm.com
