Customers receiving paper statements will notice a paper statement fee applied to their monthly bill. The fee covers costs associated with printing and mailing statements to customers.

Save money and go green by choosing to go paperless! We can eliminate this charge if you opt into electronic billing or AutoPay. With electronic billing, you will still be able to view your monthly statements online in the Customer Portal.

Important Update: Starting 4/1/2022, the fee attached to a paper statement is increasing to $4.99 per bill. The fee covers costs associated with mailing statements, such as postage, and increasing prices of materials. To avoid this charge, sign in to your Brinks Home™ account and enroll in electronic billing or AutoPay.
