The insurance company needs an alarm certificate to give me the discount available to me when I install a security system. How do I get it?

    Good question! You can request your alarm insurance certificate via the following steps:
    1. Log in to your Customer Center, "Click Here"
    2. Once you are logged in, click on "Dashboard", located on the blue line at the top of your account, on the left. 
    3. Once you are on your "Dashboard", look to the left of the page again, in the first box that is labeled "Account Access".
    4. The insurance certificate link is the fifth link down. 
    5. Once you fill in the required information and submit the form, we will email you and your insurance agent an insurance certificate!
