According to some news reports, someone (or a gang of thieves) can break into a house and be out within two minutes. If I receive an email first, then minutes later a phone call, it could be too late. I used to receive phone calls when I got the alarm about 3 years ago, but that has since changed. Why?
Why can't I receive a phone notification?

Hi Vittorio!
That is a great question! Our process is to first call you and then the police so that it reduces the chance of you being charged for a false alarm from your police. It usually will only take anywhere between 1 minute to 2 minutes depending on how many people you want called before police are dispatched. I will be sending you a personal email with more detailed information on this process and your concerns. Thank you and have a great day!
