Has anyone else noticed a ridiculous lag in response to customer support tickets? I have open tickets that are over a month old but still have not received a response from Brinks. Doesn't matter the topic or if they can actually solve the issue or not, there is just no response. When Brinks was Livewatch, response time was next day, maybe 48 hours at the worst. Now they won't even give me the time of day? Doesn't seem right. I know Brinks is making a bunch of acquisitions, but this is ridiculous how slow their customer service response time is.
