system will not accept my username or password or some combination of either. Last month I could log on using the same information and when I clicked on my name three options popped up on my account to my profile and three sign out. I wanted to select billing and change my payment options.
Ever since Brinks took over all I've had is Internet communication problems. Can you help? If not, should I cancel my account? Your competition is a little cheaper!
Please advise, I am at my wits end
