I had my system since Envision, but haven't used the online services since. Now, I can't seem to register, reset my "code word" (which I forgot or don't recall creating) or login to the main page using my old info. There seems to be a problem with the email they have on file or something because none of my attempts to retrieve my password for the main Brinks account page worked, and I never received an email. "help.brinkshome.com" is a different site I gather.
