iq panel + & home button are red and nothing is showing on the screen

panel is not repsonding and the + and Home button are red. I have disconnected the power and battery and reconnected nothing changed. any ideas?

    Try rebooting the panel by holding the side button for 30 seconds and see if that fixes the issue
