Replace Cell Phone with New for notifications

Hi, I just upgraded my cell phone to a new model.  I can't seem to figure out how to add it for push notifications and push messages.  I am getting malfunction alerts as it can't locate the old model.  My number did not change.  I have tried to find this in the Brinks app and online at alarm.com in my account.  I can see how to delete the old for each alarm but not how to add the new for push notifications.

  • Hi Karen,
    Here are the steps to update your mobile contact number.
    1. Login on a desktop or tablet
    2. Scroll to users
    3. Click on your name and the arrow to the far right
    4. Update your mobile number and press SAVE

    This will automatically update your mobile number for all notifications.
