Tom Perkins commented, Mark, Thanks. Yes, I have 2 sirens and the other sounds off correctly. I don't know if this makes any difference or not, but I am self monitoring.

Tom Perkins created a post, Z Wave SSA1 Siren will not Activate on Alarm
SSA1 test button activates device. Panel says device is installed. Uninstalled and reinstalled anyway. No help Any suggestions? Thanks
